  Answer: If you discover your GW100/X are not behaving as normal, it might be worth performing a hardware reset by applying a long press together of both Vol+ & Vol- .

• Q. Which Grado headphones have a balanced connection?

  Answer: The GS2000E and PS2000e are available in a 4-pin XLR balanced cable versions, but they are special order items that have to be custom made. If you place an order through any Grado dealer, we will be able to order them in for you.

• Q. Which replacement ear pads can I use for my Grado Labs Alessandro Music Series Two headphones?

  Answer: Any of the Grado cushions will fit, except for the GW100 cushions.
